Besides missing an earring, what is WRONG with Nancy Pelosi’s right ear? It doesn’t look like it is real or totally attached?

I took still shots just now from Hannity show which was a cap of her talking on fake news media.

That ear isn’t looking to good….neither is the top of her nose.
