Little St. James local Virgin Islands watershed report from May 2013

EXTENSIVE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ON LITTLE ST. JAMES.

I did more digging trying to find building permits for the island. Found a lot of info where many contractors were sued by Epstein during construction projects. The building permits for the Virgin Islands do not seem to be online.

Are there any anons in the Virgin Islands that can personally retrieve the building permits? They should be public record.

"St. James & Little St. James—Two privately-owned, off-shore cays in the southeast corner of the STEER. Some clearing and development has occurred on both, but more so on Little St. James. It is our understanding that permit enforcement actions related to development are pending (pers. comm., DPNR, 2011). From interpretation of aerial photography, it appears that there has been extensive construction activity on Little St. James. Neither of these islands will be included in watershed assessment efforts."

The trail would be in the building permits if true. And with as much trouble as he has with contractors, I'm sure some are a bit disgruntled and willing to give info.

Maybe I'll do a dig on contractors.

More Little St James digging…

Noticed that the image Q posted was an older image. Looks like before Epstein did most of his "construction".

1) So I thought I would put Q's image next to the latest Google earth image.

Interesting… Maybe Q is calling our attention to the differences?

2) Noticed that the Tennis court may have been added artificially. The image on the left is 3D from my IPhone map app. The right side is 3D from Google Earth. One could possibly say the one on the left is the beginnings of the tennis court. But it looks ceremonial to me.

3) There seems to be some sort of outdoor auditorium with ampatheater seating. The blue waves look to be the stage area. Also looks ceremonial to me.

4) Below the Temple, looks like possibly under ground access.
