I am sadly familiar with this disease and this just doesn't make sense to me.

While information Kawasaki is very limited (other than being able to identify the symptoms and appearance of physical characteristics)

the best information on the cause of this disease so far has come from air samples taken above Japan. This seems odd. Children are sometimes affected in clusters, but not always. Why is NYC choosing this disease to link to CV? Are they pushing this scary disease theory to be able to test kids? This disease hurts the hearts of babies and children.
