An organized 'arsenal' is key to allowing rapid access to the critical information (you) require to conduct successful meme warefare.
ODD TOPIC
Informatics is the emerging scientific discipline that combines the science of information and the engineering of information systems. In natural and artificial systems, information is carried at many levels, ranging, for example, from biological molecules and electronic devices through nervous systems and computers and on to societies and large-scale distributed systems. It is characteristic that information carried at higher levels is represented by informational processes at lower levels. Each of these levels is the proper object of study for some discipline of science or engineering. Informatics aims to develop and apply firm theoretical and mathematical foundations for the features that are common to all computational systems[1]. It involves the practice of information processing and the engineering of information systems. The field considers the interaction between humans and information alongside the construction of interfaces, organisations, technologies and systems. As such, informatics encompasses many academic disciplines, including computing/computational/computer science, computer engineering, systems/software engineering, information systems, information technology, information science, information engineering, cognitive and data science. Informatics was created in Europe, where Konrad Zuse created the first computer in the world and then in his book Rechnender Raum (calculating space) hypothesized that the operation of the entire universe is describable by information.

The sense of accomplishment one gets from re-sorting their meme folders is quickly overcome by the realization that to be truly organized, the files must all be given cogent parseable filenames.
