To the Planefag that was asking about the XXXXXXX plane earlier with the ICAO code AE68BC. The best guess that I have is that it's a Dornier D-328 Wolfhound of AFRC - 919th Special Operations Wing 859th Special Operations Squadron) out of Duke Field.

It explains why it left Eglin AFB earlier.
