The practice of blaming hospital deaths on the latest fashionable decease is actually common and known. In 2013 for whaever reason (not doxing anyone) I spent the most of two days with the people that deal with infectious deceases in the local health system and they told me that reports in the media for the flu and other deceases were exagerated because hospital counted those that died with the pathogen of the season as dying from it.

Actually we can survive without honey bees. Non social bees pollinate the same crops that social bees do. The hornets go after the social bees for the honey. It so happens that most insects we consider pests are pollinators themselves and we kill them because Corporations do not want what used to be the acceptable natural losses in crops that allowed the specialized pollinators to reproduce. Also the pesticides are the ones responsible for the reproductive explosion of the so called pests. I think that was discovered in 1946 when studying the White Fly.
