Could this be the laser pointer? Why would Q link to a shitty quality video that is advertising a live porn site? I also screen capped the opening image with the play button on the video and played with the brightness/contrast. It looked a bit like there MAY have been small pics there but this is not my forte so maybe a PS anon could take a look.
