This is the baker accused of unilaterally changing pb notables. Researching it right now, it's in bread #11181.

there was concern that some pb notables were not wellsauced or outright false, baker discussed with anons; discussion went back and forth about what should be done. Finally, baker asked anons to weigh in and went with their tally. Note also that baker said that "this is an exceptional circumstance. this baker will NOT be routinely changing pb notables." CAPP.
