Senate votes to confirm Trump counterintelligence chief

https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/496453-senate-votes-to-confirm-trump-counterintelligence-chief

"Democratic Sens. Richard Blumenthal (Conn.), Tammy Duckworth (Ill.), Mazie Hirono (Hawaii), Ed Markey (Mass.), Jeff Merkley (Ore.), Chris Van Hollen (Md.) and Ron Wyden (Ore.) voted against the nomination."

Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), the vice chairman of the committee, urged his colleagues to support Evanina's nomination ahead of Wednesday's vote.

"Unfortunately, over the last two years, despite universal recognition of Bill’s qualifications for the position, his nomination became entangled in unrelated matters. Despite the delay, Bill stayed the course, committed to the mission above all else," Warner said.

DiFi, arguably the most corrupt Senator when it comes to national intelligence, voted for him.

Spoopy.

>The order may be wrong, but his job is to enforce it so he did.

Maybe you're new to this country?

The order is unconstitutional on it's face.

Sheriffs across the country are deciding to NOT enforce unlawful orders (San Diego for example)

They showed up to arrest the bar owner, which they did.

The other citizens may have been breaking Texas law with their display, but she was not.

Was she armed w/mask & body armor?

This type of comment shows part of the problem.

"I was just following orders" doesn't cut it.

They no longer fear We the People, and until they do, tyranny will reign.

A letter writing campaign is not what they understand.

(Not talking about Abbott specifically, who I like, but he issued the order, like all the others, denying citizens the God given Right to provide for their families)

AG Paxton, Gov. Abbott Call for Release of Jailed Dallas Salon Owner Who Defied Executive Order

https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/coronavirus/ag-paxton-gov-abbott-call-for-release-of-dallas-salon-owner/2364608/

"I join the Attorney General in disagreeing with the excessive action by the Dallas Judge, putting Shelley Luther in jail for seven days," Abbott said. As I have made clear through prior pronouncements, jailing Texans for non-compliance with executive orders should always be the last available option. Compliance with executive orders during this pandemic is important to ensure public safety; however, surely there are less restrictive means to achieving that goal than jailing a Texas mother."

The power of Patriots on social media.

They're realizing the unintended consequences of ill-informed executive action, when liberal judges preside.
