Jeffrey Wehs, 24, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a lifetime period of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.

Luis Perez-Rodriguez, 31, of Allentown, PA, has been arrested and charged with one count of manufacturing child pornography after a search warrant was executed at his home.

Derek Robert Schroeder, age 29, was sentenced to 210 months in federal prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, and a special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund in the amount of $100. His cell phone was forfeited and he will be required to register as a sex offender upon release.
