The Chines plan is just so fucking brilliant:
Release a very slow devoping virus within there own shores that acts a lot like the flu but as about as contagious as measles so the other countries get lulled into laxity, all the while the virus causes returned disease or causes long term immune compromise. Then unmercifully eliminate any within your own shores even suspected of exposure.
