This Anon would like some suggestions on how to deal with overlord governor inslee

infringing on Washington State Constitution Article One Section Three, PERSONAL RIGHTS; and Article Four, RIGHT OF PETITION AND ASSEMBLANCE

The governor demands that students wear masks at all times, check in before and after entering the classroom/lab, and are under constant surveillance -IF- we want to return to campus. I do not want to comply but do not want to fail my classes -or- be arrested by gustapo campus security whom think they are saving their loved ones from harm. All suggestions are welcome thanQ in advance.
