Did the Judge in Texas violate the Constitution / Bill of Rights or NOT!!

So there is a LAW in Texas that gives the Governor the AUTHORITY to VIOLATE the Constitution / Bill of Rights of a American Citizen….I would love to see the LAW that shows where he got that authorization.

If that Judge does not have the Constitutional Authority to convict that Citizen..then he should also be in Jail right along side of her.
