I did for me, today! Ex-Law fag here, who believed from the start that any "orders" made by governors, mayors, and/or police chiefs that attempt to circumvent the US Constitution are not only invalid, but invalid on their face. That means that while the Plaintiff normally has the burden of proof to win his case, in a "prima-facie case, here the orders or executive laws, are invalid/illegal on their face because of the US Constitutional guarantees. There is nothing to interpret. Therefore, the burden shifts to the defendant(s) to prove that their orders or executive actions, do not violate the Supreme Laws of the Land.
An example of this is, when a state has a law that .08 is the threshold to establish that the person was DUI. That's a prima-facie case, so kind of reverse of what we've got here, but the point being, the defendant (You, if you're the driver arrested), has to disprove by evidence that you were not driving under the influence, by one of several ways. It wasn't you driving, the driver ran away, the test was faulty and backed by scientific evidence, you had rinsed your mouth with an alcohol based mouthwash, or in the case of a sword swallower with the flaming swords (those are actual cases).
I can survive without the money judgment, because I am just a simple meme farmer, but I like to beat the bully at his own game, have won cases against Cities and Police depts. in the past, and would enjoy the jousting. Especially when they frantically want to settle with an NDA involved, and I refuse that offer. I liken it to leading by example, so thousands if not hundreds of thousands to millions follow suite. Beyond that I'm just pissed about Greaseball Gruesom thinking he has the power to get away with this!
