I don't read papers or follow the BBC, so no idea what the state of play with HCQ is, but the normies I talk to have never heard of it.
Boris is far from his own man at the moment. He's done a lot of political crap over the years, and a lot of ladies too - hence there's a ton of dirt on him, which the EU and his enemies in the UK have access to.
