That can take many forms. This morning I went for a walk but stopped first at a nearby shopping center to get a cup of coffee. The only place open was Starbucks but when I went to order they told me I had to order from the App (which I neither have nor want). I said no thanks, I'm tired of people telling me what I have to do.

Another person behind me said, "I don't have the app either. I just want to trade you $2.00 for a cup of coffee. They ended up letting us order a cup of coffee without the app and everyone else in line was watching. They also had a story to tell that they didn't hear on the news.
