All true but a system that is as unbalanced as our current system with such a small group holding the majority of the capital is going to take more than making new rules around the edges to straighten out. It is like saying robbing banks was not outlawed, we decided we should fix that oversight, but everyone who robbed bank can keep what they have and we will just move forward with the new rules. Don't worry, in a generation or two all the wealth will turn over, capitalism will redistribute the wealth to those most deserving, and the ex-bank robbers will not use their fortunes to find a new legal way to fleece the population.
