Actually decentralization of schools is a great idea? Where do kids get in fights? School. Where do kids get shamed and coerced? Given drugs? Sit in study hall for 3 hours a day doing nothing? Why would we want that model? It is an arcane model and is what is hurting our kids. We can’t say it’s horrible that they want to add hours to the school day and then say it’s horrible that they want to do away with schools too.
