So 'trust the plan' OK. But, I would have to assume at this point that within this plan it has been calculated that the average IQ of the people is so low that the 'drip, drip, drip' is calculated in decades.

I'd like to see their calculations regarding IQ and the saturation ability of peoople to absorb new ideas, 'real' news about tramatic events that are effecting our daily lives.
