Case was withdrawn because the investigation was unfounded in the first place. Documents & parts of it in articles were posted last thread (notabled) - use those.

POINT 1:

If there is no legitimate cause to investigate, it's malicious prosecution. That's what it was. The documents recently uncovered showed the FBI started out wanting him fired/prosecuted and already knew he was innocent from the beginning.

POINT 2:

Persecution by our Highest Law Enforcement is extremely troubling to ALL Americans If they can do it to an upstanding 30-yr military veteran think what they could do to YOU!
