I wore an N-95 mask and disposable gloves, voluntarily, when I went out in public (including to the community mail boxes) all of January, all of February, all of March and most of April.

I do pretty much every winter because I am high risk and have had several hospital admissions for pneumonia.

No one was wearing masks or gloves. No one was sanitizing their grocery cart, or the touchpad at the cashiers etc. I was.

I am no longer wearing the mask and gloves because the peak of flu season has gone. People are outdoors more, more fresh air circulating, sunshine to kill latent virus on hard surfaces, etc.

But at le Target today, I counted the number of people without a mask (including myself) as less than 5. The Sheeple have embraced the mask and aren't questioning the science behind it. No challenging the veracity of the tests, etc. It was disheartening to see so many people "obey" without question.

Something else I wanted to add. In January, I went to buy a carton of isolation masks (this was before the whole COVID thing was known in the US) and a large group of Chinese showed up and were buying up all the masks, gloves, disinfectant cleaners etc. I pre-paid for my order because we have a family member that had just finished year long cancer treatment and we were advised to take infectious disease precautions. The medical supply company took my money, and said they would ship the masks direct to my door when they arrived from their warehouse, then called me to say that they could no longer fulfill my order and offered to let me buy 1 box at a 500% markup. I declined.

Today I went in to town because I wanted to buy a replacement filter for the Pur water pitcher we have. I like the filters that Pur claims removes 99% of lead as well as other contaminants. It was like deja vu. I got ONE filter as a single because the boxes of 3's were gone. Asians were in there and later at the Walmart, buying up all the PUR and BRITA water filters the stores had for sale.

My ENT told me a few years back to buy a neti pot and get good at doing a neti pot rinse daily for my allergies and to cut down infections in the sinuses and throat which is usually the nexus of my prior pneumonias (starts in sinus, moves down into chest).

I did, and it takes some getting used to. I neti pot when I get back from the Wild, and in the peak flu/cold season, add an essential oil that contains zinc to the neti pot saline mix. I haven't been sick since the ENT gave me that advice.

I also supplement with zinc, selenium, Vit D and Vit C all winter long. I make sure I have at least 200% RDA of each every day.
