Spoke with a Pennsylvania State Police Officer tonight at a local convenience store. I said Officer did you know that these mandates by the Governors to wear masks and social distancing is against my Constitutional Rights? He said yes we know and we also cannot do anything to anyone who refuse to wear masks or refuse to social distancing. He literally said to me this is a joke.
