Remember Henry was ex-FBI cyber head and a Mueller protege.

He admits early on that he & Michael Sussman at Perkins Coie were ex-colleagues and that they had a lunch a couple months prior to the DNC hiring CrowdStrike.

He says something here that gets Swalwell all hot and bothered.

He claims the DNC found out about the hack from the FBI. The FBI does not investigate, DNC hires CrowdStrike and CS had been in touch with the FBI over a hundred times in an 18 month period.
