Interesting. DOJ May be dismissing charges against Gen. Flynn, but Judge Sullivan isn’t letting Covington & Burling off the hook. He’s ordering the parties to meet and try to resolve and narrow the disagreement regarding them not wanting to look for more documents to turn over to Sydney.
