May be nothing but I just ran a diff on the Loreta Lynch transcript from https://intelligence.house.gov/UploadedFiles/LL32.pdf and from https://www.dni.gov/files/HPSCI_Transcripts/2020-05-04-Loretta_Lynch-MTR_Redacted.pdf and it says they differ.

Someone more knowledgeable about PDFs needs to look at them as I don't know enough about PDF to extract the text to find out where they differ.

I was able to pull the text from LL32.pdf using pdftotext but the other one issues a syntax warning and no text. Any suggestions?

The file is read ok but the utitlity issues and error of

>Syntax Warning: Invalid number of shared object groups

so the only thing I can say for certain is they are NOT the same file.
