About 8am today I saw the same pattern in the far west end of the same range to the Northwest of Mojave. Pic was taken around 6 PM today.
I don't know the altitude on that range but I do know the airspace is heavily restricted. Mojave spaceport is inside it so some non military flights are allowed. I work inside it and anything non military is notable. Infact it is fun to go outside and watch civilian flights get flybys and escorted out.
