Think timing. They're only mandating masks to give Anqueefa/BLM one last push before the election. Unless Anqueefa and BLM have already been BTFO by white hats, this is my only prediction.
With facial recognition, it'd eventually become like a bank policy, you can't wear sunglasses, you can't have your mouth or nose covered, etc.
