Known of one IRL. Literally a PITA at work to everyone involved. Wanted every accommodation, nothing was good enough. Every policy should be some kind of an exception. Seemed more like an attention whore to be honest. I think Maxwell Maltz nailed this syndrome when he wrote Psychocybernetics even though transgender wasn't a thing in the 60's.
