Obama Official Evelyn Farkas Admitted Under Oath She Lied on MSNBC About Having Evidence of Russian Collusion

Remember when Obama’s defense official Evelyn Farkas went on MSNBC and urged her ‘former colleagues’ and people on the Hill to disseminate and leak so-called intel proving Trump and his aides colluded with Russia?

Farkas lied during her appearance on MSNBC and GOP lawmaker Trey Gowdy forced her to admit she lied during her sworn testimony to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on June 26, 2017.

“I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior people who left so that it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy, that the Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew..about the Trump staff dealing with Russians that they would try to compromise those sources and methods,” Farkas said during a March 2, 2017 interview on MSNBC. “That’s why you have the leaking. People are worried.”

However, under oath, Ms. Farkas told Trey Gowdy that she actually knew nothing and lied during her appearance on MSNBC.

“Why don’t we go back to that sentence that I just asked you about. It says ‘the Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew about their staff dealing with Russians,” Gowdy said. “Well, how would you know what the U.S. government knew at that point? You didn’t work for it, did you?”

“I didn’t,” said Farkas, a former mid-level Russia analyst who left the federal government in 2015.

“Then how did you know?” Gowdy responded.

“I didn’t know anything,” Farkas said.

“Did you have information connecting the Trump campaign to the hack of the DNC?” Gowdy asked.

“No,” Farkas admitted.

“So when you say, ‘We knew,’ the reality is you knew nothing,” Gowdy asked later during the deposition.

“Correct,” Farkas responded.

Gowdy didn’t stop there.

“So when you say ‘knew,’ what you really meant was felt?” he asked.

“Correct,” Farkas answered.

“You didn’t know anything?” Gowdy continued.

“That’s correct,” Farkas responded.

We Were Absolutely Correct – Released Transcripts Show Crowdstrike Had No Evidence Russia Hacked Emails from the DNC and Sent Them to WikiLeaks!

We were absolutely correct. Deep State participant Crowdstrike had no information that Russia hacked the DNC and then forwarded hacked emails to WikiLeaks. This is a lie!

Yesterdays release of documents from the Intel Community that were held up by corrupt liar, Rep. Adam Schiff, show incredible information that destroys the Deep State’s many lies. The biggest lie which the Russia collusion sham was based on was the tale that Russia hacked the DNC and then gave the hacked emails to WikiLeaks, who in turn released them before the 2016 election.

On March 8, 2020 and before on June 16, 2019, we presented arguments against the Mueller gang’s assertion that the DNC was hacked by Russians.

Cyber expert Yaacov Apelbaum posted an incredible report with information basically proving that the DNC was not hacked by the Russians.

Apelbaum’s first argument is this –

According to the WaPo (using CrowdStrike, DOJ, and their other usual hush-hush government sources in the know), the attack was perpetrated by a Russian unit lead by Lieutenant Captain Nikolay Kozachek who allegedly crafted a malware called X-Agent and used it to get into the network and install keystroke loggers on several PCs. This allowed them to see what the employees were typing and take screenshots of the employees’ computer.

This is pretty detailed information, but if this was the case, then how did the DOJ learn all of these ‘details’ and use them in the indictments without the FBI ever forensically evaluating the DNC/HRC computers? And since when does the DOJ, an organization that only speaks the language of indictments use hearsay and 3rd parties like the British national Matt Tait (a former GCHQ collector and a connoisseur of all things related to Russian collusion), CrowdStrike, or any other evidence lacking chain of custody certification as a primary source for prosecution?

A second point by Apelbaum was –

… that three of the Russian GRU officers on the DOJ wanted list were allegedly working concurrently on multiple non-related projects like interfering with the 2016 United States elections (both HRC and DNC) while at the same time they were also allegedly hacking anti-doping agencies (Images 2-3).

‘Situation fragile’: EU says borders should stay closed until June 15 on Covid-19 fears

The European Union will likely keep its external borders shut until June 15, after a recommendation from the European Commission to extend the current Covid-19 travel ban by another 30 days.

In a statement on Friday, the Commission said that despite progress in many countries, the coronavirus situation “remains fragile both in Europe and worldwide” and calls for “continued measures” to reduce the virus spread.

Lifting travel restrictions should therefore be effected in a “phased and coordinated” way in order to prevent a second wave of infections, EU Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johansson said.

EU member states closed their borders to travelers from outside the bloc in March, in a bid to curb the rapidly spreading coronavirus. At the same time, some countries also quickly moved to close their internal borders to travelers, even those from fellow-member states – a move which was frowned-upon in Brussels.

The ban on travel does not affect the UK since it is still in its Brexit transition phase and is still treated in many ways as an EU member. Healthcare workers and other workers, including those transporting cargo, are also exempt from the restrictions.

While the Commission statement came on Friday, France had already announced on Thursday that it would keep its own borders shut to non-essential travelers until “at least June 15th.”

As of May 8, there were more than 1.5 million cases of Covid-19 infection reported across Europe, with Spain, Italy, the UK and Germany among the worst-hit countries.

OAN demands Vanity Fair retract ‘malicious’ & ‘defamatory’ claims that Donald Trump Jr. invested in network

The President of One America News Network, Charles Herring, has published a blistering letter calling on Vanity Fair to retract claims that Donald Trump’s eldest son secretly bought a stake in the news outlet.

The scorching legal threat specifically targeted Vanity Fair correspondent Gabe Sherman as well as Roger Lynch, the CEO of Conde Nast, accusing them of publishing “false, malicious and defamatory statements” about the conservative cable network.

Herring posted a copy of it on Twitter, tagging Sherman and Conde Nast, which is Vanity Fair’s parent company.

In the letter, Herring specifically takes issue with a Vanity Fair story from Monday, which reported, citing anonymous sources, that Donald Jr. was among a group of investors who have acquired a major stake in OAN, which Herring privately owns.

Sherman’s reporting claimed that the investment was a Trump family hedge against what they view as an insufficiently loyal Fox News, and a potential haven for the Trump brand, should the president lose the November election.

The OAN president flatly denied that any stake in the company has been sold “to anyone or any entity, period.” He also added that no agreements are in place for any future sales.

Herring described Sherman’s reporting as “littered with anti-Trump sentiment”, saying this was a “clear indication” of the reporter’s motivations to print “clear, malicious, and defamatory statements” against the network.

“Your motives seem clear: to strip OAN of any legitimate independence in its reporting by propagating fake and defamatory statements,” Herring wrote.

We will not stand by and allow your lies to be disseminated.

The letter demanded a public retraction of the story’s claims and called on Sherman and Conde Nast to publicly apologize. It also instructed them to preserve all materials related to the reporting, in anticipation of possible legal action.

California — Over the course of the last month, citizens of California have watched their beaches open and then close as Governor Gavin Newsom flexed his gubernatorial powers at the end of April. After 40,000 people visited Newport Beach and there were crowds at Huntington Beach on the last weekend in April, Newsom said, “We’re going to do a hard close” of the California beaches.

Naturally, people became upset about not being able to go outside to the beach — especially after several studies have found that COVID-19 is obliterated by the sun’s UV rays. Nevertheless, the threat of arrest for walking out into the sand was enough to deter people — for a little while.

A likely tipping point for the citizens wanting to get back out on the beach was the fact that Democratic Congressman Harley Rouda claimed that opening beaches was “reckless” only to be photographed hanging out on the beach last weekend. But it is okay, since he is a Congressman, right?

Rouda’s campaign manager said in a statement that Rouda and his family “were actively moving and adequately socially distancing on a residential beach, which has explicitly outlined beach access requirements in accordance with Governor Newsom’s beach order.”

This week, the people of California decided the hypocrisy was over and decided to go to the beach themselves. A video uploaded to Twitter shows the power people have when it comes to civil disobedience in numbers.

As hundreds of potential beach goers anxiously watched from the sidelines as police threatened arrest, one brave woman disobeyed the order and walked out on the beach. She was quickly approached by two cops who began placing her under arrest for daring to violate Newsom’s orders.

While being arrested, the unidentified woman was put on her knees and her flag confiscated as unrest fomented in the crowd on the sidelines.

“Get out there! Get out there!” one of the protesters yells from the sidewalk. “Civil disobedience!”

When the tipping point was reached, and enough people overcame the fear of arrest, they stormed the beach. Dozens of others joined the woman as she was being arrested and police had no choice but to stand down and let her go.

The woman was allowed to walk away and then the two cops appeared to engage in civil conversation with the other people on the beach. Just like that, rights were asserted, and peaceful resistance had won. It also led to what appears to be a healthy conversation between police and the citizens.

The senator wanted to show his support to the salon's owner, Shelley Luther, who had just been released from jail the day before after defying statewide restrictions by reopening her business.

"Hair salons & barbershops are open in TX today," Cruz wrote in a tweet Friday. "Just got my hair cut for first time in 3 months at Salon A La Mode to support Shelley Luther, who was wrongly imprisoned when she refused to apologize for trying to earn a living. Glad Shelley is out of jail & her business is open!"

Earlier in the week, Luther had been sentenced to seven days in jail for violating an order to shutter her business and fined $7,000.

The news quickly garnered national headlines as many decried it as a ghastly example of government overreach amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

In response to the news, Gov. Greg Abbott updated his executive orders to remove confinement as a punishment for violators.

Ultimately, it was a ruling by the Supreme Court of Texas on Thursday that resulted in Luther being released from jail. Luther fought back tears as she greeted a crowd upon her release.

"Thank you guys so much," Luther exclaimed to the crowd of supporters. "I just want to thank all of you who I just barely met, and now you're all my friends.

"You mean so much to me, and this would have been nothing without you," she continued. "I'll have more to say when I can gather myself, but I'm a little overwhelmed."

WHO: Under-4s Should Learn About ‘Early Childhood Masturbation’, ‘Explore Gender Identities’

The Christian Institute has slammed World Health Organization (WHO) sexuality education guidance recommending that children under four should receive information about masturbation and their “right to explore gender identities”.

The WHO Regional Office for Europe and Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) document, titled ‘Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe’, contains a “Sexuality education matrix” recommending that, among other thing, children aged 0-4 should be given information about “enjoyment and pleasure when touching one’s own body, early childhood masturbation” and “the right to explore gender

identities”.

The matrix further recommends that children aged 4-6 should be given information about “same-sex relationships” and the “skills” to “consolidate their gender identity”; that children aged 6-9 should be given information about “the positive influence of sexuality on health and wellbeing”; and children aged 9-12 given information about “first sexual experience” and “gender orientation” as well as the “skills” to “Enable children to… make a conscious decision to have sexual experiences or not”.

Commenting on the UN agency’s guidance, the Christian Institute remarked that it had “repeatedly warned that children should not be exposed to material which sexualises them.”

The non-denominational Christian charity claimed that it had forced Warwickshire County Council in England to withdraw an ‘All About Me’ sex and relationships education programme, rolled out in some 200 primary schools, in March, because it “encouraged masturbation and included ‘gratuitously graphic’ sexual images yet made no reference to marriage”.

The Institute further alleged that the programme “encouraged schools not to inform parents if their children would be sharing overnight accommodation with pupils of the opposite sex” and to “conceal a child’s transgender status from their own parents”.

“The highly explicit imagery and one-sided ideology of ‘All About Me’ has no place in Primary Relationships Education,” commented John Denning, the Christian Institute’s Education Officer.

“[Relationships and Sex Education] must be balanced, objective and critical, not pushing particular controversial views such as transgender ideology,” he added.
