a boson is considered basically a field as it just moves characteristics from one particle to another, while also considered a particle because of e equals mass. So basically a field that chances other fields. - some mass and real some just not real - this is physics.

so a quark and electron are real. quarks make protons and neutrons.

but the things that make these real things are not real and just probabilities in physics.
