Response to Schiff notes files staged for Exfiltration dated 4/12/16 but stated that they have no evidence of Exfiltration .. BOOM.

Subsequent review or Wikileaks shows only 7,000 of 27,500 emails dates before May 5, 2016. COULDNT BE THE STAGED DATA.

Further DNC Contractor contacted multiple times by FBI over 7 months before April 30, 2016 and did nothing to secure network or remediate. No evidence that DNC leadership did anything either.

BOTTOM LINE: culpability and liability resides with contractor and DNC leadership for negligence in handling the known risks and vulnerabilities. Not Trumps Fault.

Further, Crowdstrike did nothing to prevent exfiltration and had no proof whatsoever of Russian involvement and this was known to Schiff on 12/2017.
