He was born in 1967 (June 3)

That means the infrastructure and planning was in place at least in 1966

If he was born by normal means (by a woman)

In 1966 the world didn't even have cassette players, rubiks cubes, post-it notes, or 'EZ open'(the pop-tops for canned food)

Yet the NWO had plans to put newborns in positions of power via some sort of breeding program that had ALREADY BEEN SET UP AND RUNNING
