Hussein issuing a warning, a plea for help. A threat against the Genl, that he must not be allowed to go free?

He leaks the culture of the corrupt swamp he inherited and perpetuated where if you are charged with a crime, it's a done deal, you're already guilty, no fair trial available to you if you're not on [their] team.

Hussein missed out "convicted", jumped from - "charged" - to - paying for your crime (else you're getting off scot(t) free). That middle bit of - actually being tried and convicted - is very important to patriots, else it's not justice.

In Hussein's mind the Genl was already convicted a long time ago no matter what. Decent justice doesn't even figure. That is tyrannical.
