In vote by mail, how can states follow federal law to allow in person registration at the poll on the day of voting?

In areas with a 5% miniority language, will all voters get a bilinual ballot? If less than 5% minority language, how will the states verify voters receive the proper ballot to vote?

just a few of the details in 52 USC not addressed by the "vote-by-mail" push.

Need to verify voter registration records are US citizens. In registering the voter signs an affidavit, if the state automatically registers people without vverifying US citizenship, in each case it violates Title 52 USC 10307 Prohibited Acts.

But states and feds never verify or prosecute.

Would vote-by-mail nationally have a similar response to the US Census?

All people (and D pushed for all bieng legal and illegal) were to respond April 1 for the 2020 Census. In March multiple messages were mailed out to fill out the census online (Anon received 3). Mid April paper forms were sent to those who did not respond online line followed by a reminder card (Anon received each).

Looks like a poor response on the 2020 Census to date, 6 weeks later less than 60% including D states.

Another significant factor for the US is the state health departments did nothing to prepare in January and February.

No review of contagion response plans

No training recommendations to providers under their jurisdiction

No inventory and ordering supplies early

No mutual relief coordination between counties or states.

They All Sat on their fat bureaucratic ASSES and waited and then

ohhh, we got an Emergency Declaration, feds [taxpayers] bail us out.

Most people out of work is not due to the economy but by Decrees of the Governors.
