So is Q saying 99% are separated from the rest and 1% are patriots. Q said in a past post the CIA must be eradicated it cannot be cleaned. That don't sound like 1%..

I think 99% see themselves as separated from the citizens of the country as being more important, and only 1% are the patriots who fight for the citizens in these organizations..
