CIA was the brainchild of the banking elite, the next generation of the class which gave us the Federal Reserve, the income tax, and WWI. Their objective was to remove intelligence gathering and clandestine operations from the military and place it in the hands of a politicized organization that could be controlled and sustained outside the reach of the military chain-of-command. It wouldn't be long after its creation that JFK would be complaining about it, we would get Operation Mockingbird, etc…
