The crux of the issue is right there…"secondary citizens."
More specifically, citizens.
United States citizens are considered property of the government corporation, United States, Inc.
The police enforce the statutes/codes of the corporation against the corporate citizens (employees/franchises).
The corporation does as it pleases to its property.
This is why "government" doesn't listen to citizens and why it tramples the "civil rights" of citizens.
United States citizens are NOT We, the People.
American state nationals, Virginians, Californians, Texans are We, the People.
They are the sovereigns that delegated power to create government.
United States citizens are NOT party to the Constitution.
We, the People are party to the Constitution (American state nationals).
United States citizens are have civil rights provided by the government, United States, Inc.
We, the People have natural, unalienable rights endowed by our Creator.
The people are not told they have a choice of political status.
They are not told what the difference is between a United States citizen and an American state national.
When did we become United States citizens?
Practically from the time we're born when our birth certificates are registered by the State.
After that we are presumed to be United States citizens when we get a license for anything, sign up for a SSN, accept any government "benefits."
Simply check the box as a US citizen without understanding what it means to be a citizen.
When were any of us told we had to make a choice?
Never.
Would anyone choose to be a citizen over a sovereign if they understood the difference?
**Oh yeah, and never call yourself a "sovereign citizen". It's an oxymoron because you can only be either a sovereign or a citizen…not both (coined by the FBI).
So, what can you do as a "secondary citizen with less rights?"
Reclaim your sovereignty and change your political status to an American state national for whichever of the several states where you were born/naturalized.
There is a process. The evil ones who created the system must provide remedy in the legal cage they've created.
