I believe that if you run as R (maybe I dpedning on district, voters makeup) and follow the Potus platform you will have a lot of hard work, but if/when get to the point you truly are a viable candidate then major players will support you.

If you do not have alot of curb appeal you may be best supporting a visible candidate that follows the Potus platform.

People are hungry for change and I would contact the R party locally, statewide to offer support and gain allies with those who are Potus Rs (not all are).

Politics is about winning office so focus your efforts where they are best for the Potus aligned R Party. You may have a significant role, but until you hobnob with the local/state structure it is hard to say where your talents are best utlilized.
