mpv works with almost everything, just as vlc does.

vlc is easy to find. Here's a link to mpv prebuilds for mac:

Q didn't name that image, instead simply downloaded it from twitter where images are named automatically, mostly depending on the time of upload.

However, if that's what your trouble is, maybe don't start with the most cryptic stuff (i.e. weird image names), but rather something less complicated, like names or connections of people or so.
