To my fellow expats I say wake the fuck up and get your heads out of your asses. The country has enough problems with day to day matters, and trying to fend off Chinese and ISIS incursion, without the government panic in play right now about this virus.
I see you there blindly believing every stat put out by the WHO, worried about your elder care in a 3rd world country, and in agreement with all of the mask nonsense, the 'distancing', and the little quarantine passes from your barangay.
If you are prone to catch this thing, then STAY THE FUCK INDOORS. The little shops and jeepney drivers all need to get back to work. The ferries need to start up again. Hell, you should all be running out of BEER right about now if you haven't already, from the stupid-ass alcohol ban.

Check with your local families the last time they did that for dog rabies shots, and ask them how well it went.
