1% does not hold water if you study what happens to an organization as psychopaths climb the ladder and eventually reach the top. Once leadership is controlled by these sick fucks, there may be some disillusioned good folks hanging around because they can't get out, but they are not performing optimally, and the organization is diseased from top to bottom.
