The "splinter cells", or the frontline people within the CIA, are just doing their job. So all of the shady rogue operations the CIA has been involved in, wasn't the fault of the 99% of people working their who risk their lives for these operations. It's the 1% at the very top who are using these splinter cells as pawns in order to further their own agendas. Whether it's gun running, drug smuggling you name it.
Just like Hussein was running a shadow presidency, I wonder of Brennan was being the "shadow" director of the CIA this whole time.
