They are about as Patriotic as a career Politician. They get paid to do a job and aren’t going to risk losing those Federal benefits to try and take down a corrupt shadow government and fail doing it. They are wageslaves like the rest of us.
They only man in the World that could blow the top off the can of worms is POTUS. He can declassify any damn thing he wants but so far has not dropped a single bomb.
My take is that he is holding on for re-election. In the event of a rigged loss in November he can choose his own Samson option with a couple months left in office. Probably the last thing Deep State wants to happen
