UK military classification on ADS-B

Registration details say it is or has been operated by Red Wings Airlines but also says it was leased by Minsheng Financial Leasing (MSFL) in 2019

Status: Maintenance at Chengdu Shuangliu International (CTU)

KC International Airlines is a full service airline based in Phnom Penh International Airport. The airline is a Cambodian-Chinese joint venture with a start-up capital of USD100 million. The carrier operates flights to North Asia and ASEAN countries, using A320 aircraft. Scheduled operations were due to commence in Mar-2018, however, the airline revised its scheduled launch, after taking delivery of its first A320 aircraft on 30-Jun-2018. It received an AOC and launched scheduled operations on 27-Aug-2018 with Phnom Penh to Siem Reap serivce. International services commenced on 31-Aug-2018.

Now if it is a charter carrier based in Cambodia quite why it has a military designation on ADS-B and flying in the opposite direction-after a prolonged maintenance time-is TBD

 

It probably had a paint job and is being flown to it's new operators…whoever that is.
