Q: Why did RR draft a letter supporting JC termination?:

>>To increase suspicion that POTUS was guilty of hiding something (for the Public)<<

I think that is exactly right. It was even made to seem, at the time, like POTUS may have strong-armed RR into firing Comey; further supporting your theory.

The question i have – based on the assumption that DJT had detailed knowledge of the Deep State tactics (from Admiral R, Flynn) and the bad players involved going into inauguration – why did he keep Comey on as Director?? I believe POTUS was too smart not to know what he was getting with JC. Trying to see the 8-D chess move there. I cannot crack that nut…

I realize the recusal was involving Russia. But i'll bet their isn't an anon here, if being honest, that did not think POTUS was about to fire Sessions at least once. If he was just feigning disgust he did a brilliant job (seriously). I not sure, obviously, what the plan was. My gut was that keeping Comey was a mistake. One of the few. And that Session's recusal was unexpected.

Logical. but allowing RR, Comey, McCabe to stay allowed the rats to have an opportunity to clean up some of the mess while POTUS was getting his ppl together. In hindsight, what you say makes since. but that is hindsight. going into a presidency…nothing fully prepares you, imo.
