You never know what evil folks will do to avoid justice, one would even say, evil goes so far to burn everything down.
Derp State is forced to go all out, but as soon they will try, they will notice than they don't have much left on their hands.
As longer it takes for them to go all out, as more they lose.
If not today, than tomorrow it is to late.
