Looking at Channel 1's history, it first made it's appearance under George HW Bush. Bill Clinton would have taken over "Farming" in '93.

Channel 1 was sold in '94 and ran throughout Bill Clinton's presidency and George W's presidency.

Again, Channel 1 changed hands under the Obama presidency.

I am wondering if Channel 1 would still be around today if Hillary would have won. The company would have changed hands again under another Clinton presidency?

But instead, Trump won…so the "Farming" operation stopped all together?
