One thing I like about Anonymous chat boards is you can encompass any persona you like and give it a try. I find this behavior carrying over into IRL as my thoughts allow me to take on the character of a different person, with differing beliefs and consider problems from a different angle.
This prompted me to wonder, before the time of Disney and animated personlification of animals, cars, etc, what would a person from, say, 1820 say if you told him "China" released a virus?
Would he say, "Who the fuck is China?"
Would he think you were crazy?
Most likely, he would just think you were someone not intelligent enough to figure out that China is not a personified being and cannot elicit blame for an action.
This realization makes me wonder, did those who programmed us to think in absolutes, attributing single actions to entire nations, do so with the intention of creating irrational wars for profits, or was that just a coincidence? Just "one of those things" that happens by chance?
Yet I still wonder, "WHO" released that fucking virus on "China?"
