it's a guess but let's put some common sense together…Gen. Flynn has been in the Intelligence arena for most of his Military life..right?…
he would also know that the NSA records everything whether your phone is on or off…
so could it be possible that he was recording a phrase that was so unique that to do a FOIA search, you would only need the date and the phrase "What a beautiful black sky"…and the NSA could bring up the whole sequence of events and conversions revolving around that phrase…
