UN Secretary General António Guterres said at a recent Climate Change Meeting that the pandemic provides a window of opportunity to change the world.

The head of the United Nations called for global leaders to “use the pandemic recovery” to roll out their global climate change agenda, including allowing fossil fuel companies to collapse and using taxpayer stimulus money to fund green jobs.

U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said during the Petersberg Virtual Dialogue, a two-day international conference on global warming, in Berlin, Germany that the economic turmoil caused by the coronavirus pandemic presents a “rare and short window of opportunity” to accelerate their globalist 2030 Agenda project.

“It has exposed the fragility of our societies and economies to shocks,” Guterres said Tuesday, adding that “the only answer is brave, visionary and collaborative leadership.”

These are dark days, but they are not without hope. We have a rare and short window of opportunity to rebuild our world for the better.”

In 1935 Adolf Hitler also declared in Germany the goal of rebuilding:

Last month Secretary General António Guterres announced his “shared responsibility, global solidarity” plan that included a global tax to the United Nations.

In June 2016, Ellen Nakashima, a Deep State favorite from the Washington Post, released a report that the Democrat National Committee (DNC) had been hacked by Russia. The firm that validated this was Crowdstrike and its President Shawn Henry confirmed the claims. In December 2016, Ms. Nakashima followed up her reporting with the outlandish claim that the CIA had determined that Russia hacked the DNC because they wanted Trump to win the election. Nakashima also reported that the the Intel Community had determined that Russia also sent the emails to WikiLeaks. This position was reinforced by the Mueller gang in their efforts to have President Trump removed from office.

WikiLeaks did release DNC emails related to John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Manager, in the months before the 2016 Presidential election which showed massive corruption combined with an elitist attitude from members of the Hillary Clinton team – all willing to do whatever it took to win the election. The emails were very revealing but the mainstream media chose not to share the damaging and corrupt information because they were all behind Hillary winning the election.

On March 8, 2020 and before on June 16, 2019, we presented arguments against the Mueller gang’s assertion that the DNC was hacked by Russians.

Cyber expert Yaacov Apelbaum posted an incredible report with information basically proving that the DNC was not hacked by the Russians.

Then last Friday, after years of being hidden by corrupt lying Representative Adam Schiff in Congress, a number of testimonies related to the Russia collusion sham were unveiled after Schiff received pressure from Richard Grenell, the Acting Director of National Intelligence (ADNI). One transcript was from Crowdstrike’s Shawn Henry who stated under oath that Crowdstrike had no evidence that Russia even “exfiltrated” the emails from the DNC. The whole ‘Russia stole the DNC emails and sent them to WikiLeaks’ story was a fraud.

This leads us to today. Many people suspected that in 2016 a young man working for the DNC by the name of Seth Rich, copied emails from the DNC and shared them with WikiLeaks. Mr. Rich was murdered in Washington D.C. in July 2016 but his wallet, phone and watch were found on his person when the police arrived at the scene. We reported numerous oddities surrounding his death.

For years the Seth Rich story has been covered up and labeled a conspiracy. However, we reported numerous incidents and activities within the Deep State related to covering up the Seth Rich story. We recently reported that Judicial Watch released documents obtained in a FARA request. These emails revealed that corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa were copied in an email regarding a report from Daily Mail where ex-Brit Craig Murray claimed he traveled to Washington DC and obtained Clinton emails in an exchange in a wooded area near American University.

‘Aggressive confrontation’ between Indian & Chinese troops causes injuries on both sides, reports claim

More than a hundred soldiers were involved in a confrontation along the contentious Indian-Chinese border in the Himalayas, Indian media reported. The encounter allegedly left injuries on both sides.

Citing two high-ranking military sources, the Hindustan Times said that the incident occurred at a mountainous pass at a height of more than 5,000m (16,400ft) along the border with China in India’s northeastern Sikkim State on Saturday.

“Four Indian soldiers and seven Chinese troops suffered injuries during the confrontation that involved around 150 soldiers,” an unnamed officer told the paper, describing the incident as an “aggressive confrontation.”

Indian military sources also confirmed to ANI that the border conflict took place in the northern part of Sikkim, saying that “aggressive behavior and minor injuries occurred on both sides.”

Both outlets reported that the conflict was resolved at a local level.

India and China have several territorial disputes. Standoffs and clashes occasionally happen along the border between Sikkim and China’s Tibet, as well as at the mutually-agreed Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Kashmir, where the nations also share a border.

Beijing and New Delhi have been holding high-level talks to resolve the border issues. Last December, both sides agreed to set up a hotline between the Indian Army and China’s People’s Liberation Army to avoid conflicts along the LAC.

‘Shoot first, think later’: Obscure US law INCREASINGLY helps police officers to get away with using excessive force

US courts have been heavily relying on a 50-year-old legal loophole to shield cops from misconduct allegations, an investigation by Reuters claims. It allows officers to get off the hook even when their conduct is deemed unlawful.

The share of civil rights cases, in which courts resort to a controversial legal doctrine to shield officers from allegations of using excessive force, has been increasing in recent years, Reuters has claimed in its new investigative report. The report draws on data from 529 federal circuit court rulings published between 2005 and 2019 on appeals in the lawsuits where so-called “qualified immunity” was invoked in a bid to protect police.

The statistics have shown that police celebrated victory in 56 percent of such cases from 2017 through 2019 – an increase of seven percent from the three years before, when courts sided with defendants some 43 percent of the time.

In ”more than three dozen” of the cases studied, officers would avoid responsibility even after their actions were deemed unlawful, including in a bizarre case of a mistaken identity that saw police “accidentally” killing a cyclist by firing 17 rounds at him.

In other instances, the concept of “qualified immunity” allowed police to get away with fatally shooting, tasering, choking, and body-slamming unarmed people, including those suffering from mental issues.

In one particularly disturbing case cited by Reuters, police were called to a hospital to help staff subdue a pneumonia patient so they could administer him with a tranquilizer. When the deputies arrived, however, they allegedly shocked the man more than a dozen times with stun guns and hogtied him on the floor. The showdown has been blamed for exacerbating the man’s breathing problems and ultimately leading to his death due to “respiratory insufficiency.” The man's mother sued the police but lost the case.

The qualified immunity rule was designed by the US Supreme Court five decades ago to protect government employees from frivolous lawsuits. Before 2009, a court had two questions to look into when considering such immunity: the first one is whether officers violated the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution; and the second one is whether the laws they have been accused of breaking were “clearly established” at the time when the incident took place.

Mexico's president calls for investigation into Obama-era Fast and Furious Operation

The Mexican government is asking Washington for cooperation in discovering how Operation Fast and Furious happened

Mexico's president asked the United States for answers and an apology for the Obama-era gun-running operation known as "Fast and Furious." On Friday, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador called for an investigation into Operation Fast and Furious to prevent it from happening again.

"What seems serious to me is that a violation of our sovereignty was carried out, a secret operation, and that Mexicans were killed with these weapons," Lopez Obrador said during a press conference in Mexico City on Friday.

"How could this be? A government that invades in this way, that flagrantly violates sovereignty, international laws," Lopez Obrador continued. "We have to shine light on this so that an action of this type will never be carried out again."

"There is still time for the U.S. to apologize," the Mexican president stated.

He also said that his government would send a diplomatic note to Washington asking for information on the gun-running scheme. Mexico Foreign Affairs Minister Marcelo Ebrard confirmed the communication, and said he was sending a letter to the U.S. regarding Operation Fast and Furious.

Operation Fast and Furious was a strategy created to assist the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to combat Mexican drug cartels. Between 2009 and 2011, the Phoenix Field Division of the ATF would allow and track the illegal sale of approximately 2,000 firearms worth roughly $1.5 million. The weapons from Operation Fast and Furious would end up being used to kill hundreds of Mexicans and at least one American, U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in 2010.

Lopez Obrador first brought up the decade-old incident last Monday when talking about Genaro Garcia Luna, who was Mexico's security minister between 2006 and 2012. Garcia Luna was arrested in Texas by U.S. federal agents last December on drug trafficking and bribery charges.

Roberta Jacobson, a former American ambassador to Mexico appointed under U.S. President Barack Obama, suggested that both governments were aware of potential corruption tied to Garcia Luna. The report was published in Mexican magazine Proceso last weekend.

Lopez Obrador said the "cover-ups" were not the work of just "one government."

Last Monday, Lopez Obrador said U.S. officials with the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Drug Enforcement Agency should be investigated for potential cooperation with Garcia Luna. The DEA and the CIA declined to comment. The FBI did not immediately respond to a request for comment, according to Reuters.

Italy: 79 illegal migrants arrive at Lampedusa despite lockdown

Another boatload of illegal migrants, a group of 79, was given permission to dock at Porto Empedocle on the island of Lampedusa on Friday despite continuing lockdown measures to prevent the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).

The migrants had been rescued in the Mediterranean by a cargo vessel last Sunday and were then brought to the island. This was done despite the fact that Porto Empedocle’s Mayor, Ida Carmina, had specifically ordered the port closed to illegal migrants last month. Italy’s national government likewise ordered all ports closed to migrants in April.

Carmina said that an exception had been made because of the dangerous circumstances the migrants were in. He said that the migrants will be kept aboard the ship and given medical attention, and then they will be sent elsewhere. They will not be allowed to leave the pier in an effort to prevent virus infections.

Earlier in the week, approximately 200 migrants had arrived at Lampedusa over the course of two days, adding to a group of approximately 100 migrants who had arrived two days before that and who are also camped out on a pier, according to a report by Il Giornale.

Italy has seen a surge in migrants in recent weeks, both at Lampedusa and coming across its northern land border with Slovenia.

Local officials say that the island’s resources are already stretched to their limit, both with the continuing pandemic as well as the constant stream of migrants, and that they are “being brought to their knees.”

The pro-migrant NGO Sea Watch has been protesting the Italian government’s decision to close its ports, claiming that they are deliberately delaying rescue operations to recover migrants in the Mediterranean. They also accuse the Italians of attempting to discourage the ongoing operations by pro-migrant NGOs.

Italy’s Left-wing government has proposed granting amnesty to some 600,000 migrants who are already in Italy. Former Minsiter of the Interior Matteo Salvini, leader of the populist Right-wing Lega party, has blasted the suggestion on social media, as previously reported by Voice of Europe.

Gowdy Identifies Reporters Who Allegedly Peddled Misleading Adam Schiff Leaks

Former Rep. Trey Gowdy accused reporters from CNN, Politico and The New York Times on Sunday of helping House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff “peddle” the now-debunked conspiracy theory of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government.

Gowdy was asked in an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” to identify reporters he believed took leaks from Schiff for stories related to the Intelligence panel’s Russia investigation.

“Well, I hope you have a three hour show,” Gowdy quipped.

“Let’s just start with Politico,” Gowdy, a former Republican member of the House Intelligence Committee, said in an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”

“Kyle Cheney is just an acolyte for Adam Schiff,” said Gowdy, referring to a senior congressional reporter at the website.

“Manu Raju from CNN,” the Republican continued, referring to the network’s congressional reporter.

“Nothing Schiff wanted out, made public — no leak was too low for Manu Raju and CNN.”

“Fill in the blank at The New York Times,” he added.

Gowdy, who is now a Fox News contributor, has blasted Schiff in the past for leaking information to reporters.

Germany: Thousands demonstrate against lockdown across the country

Thousands of people in cities across Germany protested against the ongoing lockdown in response to the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic yesterday. In some places, politicians from opposing points on the spectrum came together to join the protests.

The largest demonstration took place in Stuttgart, and was originally supposed to have 50,000 participants, but city authorities limited it to 10,000 out of concern that social distancing measures could be practiced, according to a report by Junge Freiheit. Police only reported that “several thousand” attended.

The demonstration’s organiser was the Querdenken 711 (Lateral Thinking 711) initiative, which was founded by Michael Ballweg, an IT entrepreneur from Stuttgart. Querdenken 711 claims to call for demonstrations on a non-partisan basis “in defense of fundamental rights,” and wants new elections to be called in October.

In Munich a demonstration also took place at the Marienplatz. The demonstration was only registered for 80 participants, but 3,000 showed up — officials allowed it to proceed regardless. In Bavaria a protest was also held in Nuremberg, where participants chanted “widerstand!” (resistance).

Berlin police reported eleven demonstrations at various locations around the city in violation of the lockdown measures. One had been registered to take place in front of the Reichstag with ten participants, but eventually approximately 130 people attended. Police arrested 45 for violating social distancing regulations. Another 200 people gathered on the lawn in front of the Reichstag. And at Alexanderplatz, approximately 1,200 people protested, chanting “freedom” and “we are the people.” Police reported that some demonstrators threw bottles at officers, and 86 people were arrested.

Other protests took place in Cologne, Frankfurt, Saarbrücken, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, and Hamburg, among other locales. Some numbered in the hundreds.

Controversially, Thomas Kemmerich, a politician with the classical liberal Free Democratic Party (FDP), joined a demonstration in Gera, Thuringia alongside several politicians from the populist Right-wing Alternative for Germany party. The Chairman of the FDP’s youth organisation, Ria Schröder, condemned those who violated the lockdown, and said that those who demonstrate with “Right-wing extremists” endanger both the people and the FDP.

Sunday on “Full Court Press,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told host Greta van Susteren vote-by-mail would be in the next coronavirus stimulus legislation.

Pelosi said, “Well, let me stay a couple of things. First of all, I’m proud of our state of California. Jerry Brown, when he left, scores of billions of dollars of surplus. That’s all gone because of the virus. That’s all gone because of the virus. So, to those who make that charge about, ‘oh, they had problems before,’ it has nothing to do with that. This is strictly, what are your outlays for the coronavirus? What is your revenue loss for the coronavirus? That’s what has the support of Democratic and Republican governors across the country. It strictly about this, and it’s about nothing else. It has nothing to do with anything else in the budget of the governors. And we will come and our bill, also have funding for vote by mail, which we think is essential and supported by Republicans across the country. They like voting by mail. They have more of a habit of voting by mail.”

Van Susteren asked, “How our vote by mail and absentee voting different?”

Pelosi said, “This is related to COVID for the reason that we are trying to keep people at home, vote at home and the rest, vote by mail does one thing—I was a former chair of the California party, and our goal was to remove all obstacles to participation.”

She added, “This is an opportunity to remove obstacles of participation by calling upon the governing bodies to send a ballot to every registered voter by having same-day registration, by having adequate polling places for those who want to or need in person, but to reduce the number of people who will be gathering in such places on election day. We had some elections coming up soon. In the state of Wisconsin, they had a number of COVID cases that were immediately traced to people having to stand in line for a long time to vote, so this is not only the health of our democracy commits the health of our people, and it makes the argument, there are states like Oregon that have had vote by mail for a number of years, and they claim success, and it certainly pleases the people there.”

‘Beginning of an Invasion’ – UK Boat Migrant Influx Hits New Record

Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage said that increasing wave of illegal crossings in the English Channel are the “beginning of an invasion”, with the number of migrants reaching British shores hitting a new daily record despite the national lockdown imposed on British citizens.

On Friday, the Home Office confirmed that 145 boat migrants were brought ashore at Dover by the Border Force — the most ever recorded in a single day. The following day another 82 migrants were brought ashore, bringing the known two-day total to 227.

French authorities stopped only 77 migrants before they were able to reach British territorial waters over the same period, Kent Online reports.

“As I have predicted, a record number of illegal immigrants have been taken into Dover. All along the coast there are many more,” Farage said in response to the record-breaking crossings.

“This is the beginning of an invasion,” he warned.

Speaking on his LBC radio program, Mr Farage urged that “at some point in time we have to get a grip on this”, adding that “there is nothing good about what is going on in the English Channel.”

Responding to concerns that the growing number of illegal aliens being brought to Britain’s shores could be a vector for the Chinese coronavirus, a Home Office spokesman confirmed that “Individuals were brought to Dover and, in line with established processes, were assessed to establish whether there are any medical requirements.”

The migrants will likely be afforded the opportunity to apply for asylum, as entering the country illegally from a safe country is not grounds for deportation under European Union regulations which Britain is still bound by.

A report from the anti-mass migration think tank Migration Watch UK found that some 3,200 illegal boat migrants have reached British shores since the beginning of 2018. During that same time period, the British government has deported just 155 bogus asylum seekers.

The report also revealed that between January and February of this year the number of detected arrivals has more than doubled compared to the same time period last year.

Many have pointed to reports of outbreaks of the Chinese coronavirus within migrant camps in Calais and Dunkirk as the impetus for the increased number of migrants attempting to cross the Channel.

Boris Govt Won’t Require Quarantines for Airport Arrivals Until June

Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to announce that the United Kingdom will only begin imposing mandatory quarantine of airport arrivals in June, three months after the nation was placed under effective house arrest due to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

The Prime Minister will announce on Sunday that those entering the country by air and sea will be required to self-quarantine for fourteen days, despite government sources claiming that the border restrictions would be put in place this month.

All arrivals will need to provide a digital form to immigration officials giving an address for where they intend to carry out the quarantine. Those found breaking the quarantine will face a fine of up to £1,000 as well as possible deportation.

“These measures will help protect the British public and reduce the transmission of the virus as we move into the next phase of our response,” a government source told The Times.

Boris Johnson is also expected to announce an easing of some lockdown restrictions, including the lifting of limits on daily exercise and the opening of garden centres, yet most restrictions will remain in place until June when the government is expected to begin a phased opening of schools. The government is planning to drop the coronavirus slogan “stay at home, save lives” as well.

Mr Johnson’s government has faced criticism for keeping the borders open to all countries throughout the pandemic, failing to perform even minimal health checks for those arriving at airports, and not requiring them to self-quarantine for any length of time.

Virtually all of Britain’s contemporaries, including Australia, Greece, New Zealand, and Singapore, implemented quarantines for airport arrivals long ago.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. slammed Bill Gates’ plan to surveil the entire world, using an example of Los Angeles police ticketing Malibu surfers for breaking quarantine rules by using the ocean as an example of police state overreach.

Open Borders: Supreme Court Says Criminal Can’t Be Deported to Country with Worse Healthcare than UK

Britain’s Supreme Court has thrown the country’s deportation policies into chaos by ruling that a foreign criminal cannot be deported to a country with poorer free healthcare than the United Kingdom.

Justices including the top court’s infamous former president, Lady Hale, and two colleagues who also serve as ad hoc members of the European Court of Human Rights, agreed with a Zimbabwean migrant who should have been deported more than a decade ago that his removal would breach Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which states that “No-one shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment”.

The migrant’s lawyers cleverly reinterpreted this European article, understood by most to be a prohibition against physical torture and holding people in unsanitary conditions, as a right for his client to remain in Britain so long as his home country could not provide him with the same expensive, taxpayer-funded HIV medication as the British National Health Service (NHS) free of charge — and the Supreme Court concurred.

Police Are Complicit in Politicians’ Disregard for the Rule of Law

People of a certain age might remember the old John Birch Society slogan “Support your local police!” The idea here is that your local policeman is a liberty-loving buddy of yours who would only ever support just laws and constitutional mandates. Only those bad guys in the FBI or BATF would ever consider violating your rights.

Now, obviously that has always been a rather naïve fantasy, but the notion certainly has a long history of support among American conservatives. The idea that unionized, well-paid government employees sympathize with the common man instead of with the government that signs the cops’ checks apparently has long made sense (for some reason) to conservatives and many others.

But thanks to the ongoing “state of emergency” and the fact that state governors, mayors, and health officials now rule by decree, we’re witnessing more and more how local law enforcement officers have no particular interest in the rule of law, the Bill of Rights, or basic human rights of any sort. Police have been at the forefront of arresting business owners for the “crime” of using their own private property, using city parks, and engaging in other peaceful activities.

As Judge Napolitano has noted, these “stay-at-home orders”—and the penalties that accompany them—aren’t even real laws since they were never passed by a legislature or brought into being by any process other than on the authority of a single person who is usually a state governor or municipal official. By no definition of “rule of law” do these measures meet basic moral requirements for their imposition on peaceful citizens.

But the police are enthusiastically enforcing these edicts nonetheless and using them as an excuse to harass the taxpayers.

The men are known to be back in the Greater Manchester town just two years after losing the right to stay in Britain.

Victims of the grooming gang have expressed their horror after learning the men who haunted them were back on the doorstep, despite a judge rejecting their appeals against their British citizenship being revoked.

The news was revealed by the Mirror, who one of the group's victims told she felt 'violated' by their return.

One of the men, Abdul Rauf, 51, is a father of five, a taxi driver and a former teacher at a mosque. His sentence was six years for trafficking and sex with a girl, who was aged 15.

Another, Abdul Aziz, 49, carried the more sinister title of 'the master' and is a father of three. He was originally sentenced to nine years for trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sex with a child.

The third, Adil Khan, 50, was given eight years for conspiracy and trafficking a 13-year-old girl who fell pregnant.

All three men have served their sentences.

A high-risk registered sex offender was arrested Thursday for allegedly exposing himself at a parole resource center, just two weeks after a controversial early release from the Orange County Jail.

Seven inmates who were deemed high-risk sex offenders were released early in April by a court commissioner, triggering criticism and warnings from county law enforcement officials who said the release was not necessary because the jails were not overcrowded.

One of them was Rudy William Grajeda Magdaleno, who was released April 13 after serving 71 days in jail on a 180-day minimum sentence. Officials say he has an extensive criminal history including convictions for robbery, narcotics possession, criminal threats and child annoyance.

Santa Ana police say Magdaleno was at a parole resource center on April 17 when he exposed himself to staff members there. He had also failed to charge his GPS monitor and the device had stopped tracking him the day before.

He fled the scene, but officers found and arrested him on Thursday.

"I find it extremely troubling that this high risk sex offender was authorized for release, in spite of his significant documented criminal history," Santa Ana Police Chief David Valentin said.

Santa Ana police say his convictions include a sexual assault on a mentally disabled person; breaking into a home while naked from the waist down and peeking into an 11-year-old girl's room; and entering a Santa Ana law office, sitting on the floor and beginning to masturbate while staring at a woman in the office.

Corporate America unveiled another wave of job cuts and warned of additional reductions, as executives signal they are resigned to a lengthy coronavirus-induced economic downturn.

This past week, General Electric Co., Uber Technologies Inc. and Airbnb Inc. said they would lay off thousands of workers. MGM Resorts International warned that some of the 63,000 employees it has furloughed may be let go permanently starting in August. Aerospace supplier Raytheon Technologies Corp., job-listings site Glassdoor and United Airlines Holdings Inc. also said in the past week that they had reduced jobs or planned to do so.

“Our airline—and our entire workforce—will have to be smaller than it is today,” Kate Gebo, United’s executive vice president of human resources, wrote in a recent memo to employees about the company’s plans to potentially trim at least 30% of managers and administrative staffers starting in October. Other carriers are expected to reduce staff as demand for air travel remains historically low.
